
Training Policy

Personal training scheduling and rescheduling:
My current schedule is:
Mondays: 7 am - 7 pm EST
Tuesdays: Group class, 6-7 pm EST
Wednesdays: 7 am - 7 pm EST
Fridays: 7 am - 12:30 pm EST
My upcoming planned time off is November 24-28, 2025 and December 22-26, 2025. In the event I need to take an unplanned day off I will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for your sessions.
Sessions are to be scheduled directly with me (Olivia Bethmann) and you will receive a confirmation when your session is booked along with a reminder 24 hours in advance of your session. These communications are sent via my operations software (Mindbody).
If you need to cancel your session, I kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice. No-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours before session start result in a missed session and full session payment will be applied.
For any scheduling changes or questions, please reach out in person, via email, or text message (not social media) to ensure your request is received promptly.
If you need to reschedule your session (prior to 24 hours’ notice) I’ll early-cancel it at no charge and add you to a waitlist for that week. If a session becomes available I will notify you in person, via email, or text message as soon as a slot opens up. I will notify clients on the waitlist in the order received.
Personal training session purchases:
Clients have the flexibility to choose how often they’d like to train. There’s no required number of sessions or long-term commitment—you can decide what works best for your goals and schedule.
As a new client, I kindly ask that you purchase at least one (1) session in advance to secure the first session.
Following our first session, clients can purchase session(s) through my operations software (Mindbody) in advance or payment will be applied with the card on file following the session. You can purchase individual sessions in advance here.
Single or multiple purchased sessions expire 12 months after purchase.
Clients may also purchase a month-to-month subscription through my operations software. If you choose this option you will be charged with the card on file on the original purchase date and subsequently each month after completing sessions or when the sessions expire (one month following purchase date.) Please note with this option, sessions do not roll over from month to month. You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying me (Olivia Bethmann) or logging into your Mindbody account and hitting cancel. You may purchase ongoing subscriptions here.
Refunds or credits for unused sessions may be given on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
You may use HSA or FSA funds to purchase training sessions. Prior to purchasing a session you may register with Truemed and receive a Letter of Medical Necessity. You can register here.
Group Classes and &STRENGTH subscription:
If you’re local to Rochester, NY and train with me individually two (2) or more times per month, you’re welcome to join my weekly group class at no charge. If you train less than two (2) times per month, you can drop in and pay per class. The class is open to the public, so you’ll be training alongside both personal training clients and community members.
If you’re not local to Rochester, NY and train with me two (2) or more times per month, you’ll receive complimentary access to my online class subscription, &STRENGTH. If you train less than two (2) times per month, you can purchase an &STRENGTH subscription here.
For non-personal training clients, you may cancel or reschedule your class reservation up to 60 minutes before class start time without charge. No-shows and cancellations less than 60 mins before class start will result in full class charge.
