For all personal training clients that work with me on an ongoing basis (2 or more personal training sessions per month) you’ll also have access to the below while working together:

What do personalized services look like?
All OBF programs incorporate mind-body connection (breath work, meditation, intentional movement, and listening to your body) with strength training to support you in your health goals. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed training as well as Health at Every Size (HAES).
Personalized programs are customized to each client, are never repurposed, and will continuously evolve as you progress in your movement journey. My goal is help you feel like magic in your body and to set you up with knowledge so that you can prioritize movement in your own way.
I do not require a month-to-month session commitment, because I appreciate flexibility as our lives are constantly evolving. I’m happy to work around your schedule and figure out the best times/days for you.
You’ll also have “homework" following each session. These are movements and exercises for you to do on your own time that support your goals. It can range from 15 min sessions scattered throughout the week or prescribed movement every day. We will always collaborate on a system that will work for you. As a client, you’re also invited to attend my weekly in-person &STRENGTH classes free of charge or sign-up for my &STRENGTH on-demand video classes.

You can book a consultation call below, which is a quick touch-base before we schedule the 30-min personal training session. &STRENGTH is an on-demand video program that incorporates the science of muscle strengthening with intentional healing and repair for your physical and mental self.
You’ll learn to breathe, meditate, stretch, and strengthen in your own space and on your own time. There are no reps and no requirements — join exactly as you are, wherever you are. Access for life.

HOME STUDIO
I host classes at my home studio. This class combines breath work, meditation, mobility, and strength training. You can use weights or bodyweight. Space for up to 8 people.
