Created by OBF, &STRENGTH incorporates the science of muscle strengthening with intentional healing and repair for your physical and mental self. In a world of “get ripped” or “namaste”, there is another way to move as a human. This program takes a different approach to wellness and establishes a foundation to overall health. You’ll learn to breathe, meditate, stretch, and strengthen in your own space and on your own time. There are no reps and no requirements — join exactly as you are, wherever you are.
Classes are on-demand classes so you can find breath and movement when it’s convenient for you. Whether you’re home, traveling, or at the office, you can always access OBF classes to support you where you need it the most.
On-demand classes
STRENGTH
The foundational and adaptable program combines strength training with embodied movement. Each class includes breathwork, functional, full-body exercises, and can be done with or without weights.
20 min - 40 min classes
STRETCH
Release tension, improve flexibility, and prepare or cool down for a movement session.
10 min - 30 min classes
BREATHE
Breathwork practices and guided meditations that support a regulated nervous system. Practices can reduce anxiety, find calm, or increase energy.

The science behind &STRENGTH
Research has shown that strength training is beneficial for our health, especially as we age. It helps to build lean muscle mass along with strong bones, can aid in our prevention of chronic disease, and is a key factor in mental health.
Breathwork, a newer topic in western medicine research, also has positive effects toward mental health and supports nervous system regulation.
If we combine these two practices with repetitive, meditative movement we can build strength while also connecting our body with our mind in a safe and controlled environment. We’re building resiliency and the ability to live with stress rather than eliminate it.

Resistance training either with or without weight has been proven to build muscle and increase your strength and endurance.

Repetitive movement helps our brains focus more on how we're feeling rather than what it is doing. This combined with movement helps to release energy as well as practice mindfulness.
